A Unitized Substation (USS) is a nutshell product comprising of various substation equipment, housed inside a metal enclosure, such as a step-down transformer, a Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) or a Ring Main Unit (RMU) on High Voltage (HV) side and Low Voltage (LV) distribution panel in LV side compartment.

ELECTRICAL INTERLOCK
Our USS Panel consists of inbuilt safety interlocks such as door limit switches for transformer doors/LT Panel doors. If anybody try to open the transformer /LT Panel doors accidentally when the sub-station is in energized condition, then the HV switchgear automatically trips and power supply will be cut-off.
MECHANICAL INTERLOCK
Mechanical interlock will be provided between HV Switchgear and transformer door by means of castle key arrangement, in such a way that the transformer doors can be opened only when the HV Switchgear is switched off and vice- versa.
